**Job Overview**:
The Export Documentation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all export documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with international regulations and company policies. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to facilitate smooth and efficient export operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Preparation**: Prepare and review export documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any other required documents for international shipments.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws, including export controls, customs requirements, and trade agreements.
- **Coordination**: Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to manage the logistics of shipments and resolve any documentation issues.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Maintain accurate records of export transactions, documentation, and correspondence in company systems.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve documentation discrepancies, delays, or other issues that may arise during the export process.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers regarding export requirements, shipment status, and any documentation-related concerns.
- **Compliance Audits**: Assist in internal and external audits related to export documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in export documentation procedures.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
