Job Title: Key Account Executive (KAE) - FMCG Products

Reports to: Sales Lead

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including A+ & A Class Stores, Stand Alone Outlets, Regional MT, Institutions, and Pharmacy Stores.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

2. Sales and Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Focus on increasing numeric and weighted distribution of FMCG products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

3. Account Planning
- Create tailored account plans for key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions to drive business growth.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery to retailers.
- Coordinate promotional activities and product launches.

5. Reporting and Analysis
- Track and analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Prepare reports on account progress and present them to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in key account management, preferably with A+ & A Class retail stores, Stand Alone and Regional MT, Pharmacy Stores, and Institutional buyers.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand market trends and client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduation - Any Stream
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
