As a **Trust & Safety Operations Executive**, your primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment for users and the organization. You will be responsible for monitoring and taking action on any activities that may pose risks, including fraud, harassment, hate speech, or other forms of misconduct. Your role involves a combination of monitoring, analysis, policy enforcement, and communication with users.
**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Investigation**:Conduct investigations into reported incidents or suspicious activities to determine the extent of violations and appropriate actions.
- **Policy Enforcement**: Enforce platform policies and guidelines by taking appropriate actions, which may include content removal, warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
- **Data Analysis: Analyze trends and patterns related to trust and safety issues to improve the effectiveness of the Trust & Safety program.**:
- **User Communication**:Communicate with users who have violated policies, explaining actions taken and providing guidance on compliance.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal, customer support, verification team and product development, to address emerging safety concerns and improve policies.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to policies, guidelines, and operational processes to enhance safety and trust on the platform.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify and assess potential risks to the platform and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for interacting with users and internal teams.

- Empathy and understanding in dealing with users who may have violated policies.
- Strong ethical principles and a commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive online environment.
