About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Trust and Safety Risk Manager to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety team in Karnataka, India.

Job Description:

As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Managers and Trust & Safety Associates in preventing violating content from appearing on Prime Video. Your team will evaluate abuse trends and quality, develop workflows and processes, and review decisions about the appropriateness of different content.

A Day in the Life:

You will need to be well-organized, assisting multiple teams with different issues at any one time. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly explain issues and paths to resolution quickly and succinctly.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in operations and people management
  • Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations
  • Exposure to managing large teams (50+)
  • Bachelor's degree in Managing Business related fields or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Expert level in organization-wide initiatives that deliver direct business impact globally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quality initiative skill - Six Sigma defect reduction techniques
  • Proven experience across the domain of Risk Management & Compliance operations
  • Proven track record of driving change and innovation
  • Strong ability to source and analyze data to drive business strategies and decisions

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary between ₹ 25 lakh to ₹ 35 lakh per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
