POSITION **SUMMARY**:
**POSITION** **RESPONSIBILITY**
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to end-user issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Walk end-users through problem-solving processes.
- Follow up with end-users, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent service skills and exceed end-user expectations.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of helpdesk tickets.
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements.
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services.

REQUIRED **SKILLS**
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or other customer support role.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
