**Job Summary**:
As a part of Key Account Associate you will be part of a young & dynamic team that is changing the way restaurants operate. We are a SAAS company focussed on continuous growth & expansion with a clear target of building a strong technology that can create a never ending impact on the Restaurant Industry. We are looking for competitive, High energy individuals who have the entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to succeed.

You will be responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. These accounts makeup the highest percentage of company income, and must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage account planning
- Identify and prioritise accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal timeframe
- Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the Posist Products
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores(NPS), manage customer health status and adherence to tickets SLAs
- Through collaboration with Product/Tech teams, provide consulting services for a specific set of customers and maximize their ROI. Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
- Identify and build Up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within your existing accounts and, taking EBR’s on an annual basis
- Work collaboratively with various internal team/individuals for the best interest of the customer (engineering, sales, etc.)
