**Job Description: ISR (Inside Sales Representative) - IMS (IT Management Services)**

**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a
driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team, specializing in
selling our IT Management Services (IMS) solutions. The ISR will be responsible
for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients,
communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads interested in our IT Management Services (IMS).

3. Present the features, benefits, and value proposition of
our IMS solutions in a compelling manner tailored to the client's specific
requirements.

4. Persuade potential clients to schedule demonstrations or
meetings with our IMS sales team.

5. Follow up with leads in a timely and persistent manner to
progress them through the sales pipeline and ultimately close deals.

6. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors'
offerings to effectively position our IMS solutions in the market.

 

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in inside sales or a similar
customer-facing role, preferably as Infrastructure Services Management &
**Business Development role**, Experience in IT Industry-Software, Information
Security, Enterprise Sales-Minimum 2 yrs

2. **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and
written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and
concise manner. Need to be fluent in English and Hindi.

3. **Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills**, with a
track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

4. Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to
identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related
field

6. Enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to continuously
learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
