**Here’s what you will be doing at ExtraaEdge**:

- Lead by example; Provide 1st class customer delight experience through multiple channels
- Develop and nurture customers for advocacy.
- Work with clients’ aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
- Take data-backed decisions to enhance customer experience.
- Measure KPIs for customers and agents.
- Continuous analysis of support tickets for internal workflow, customer experience and team effort optimisation.
- Develop a world-class self-help centre for customers.
- Recruit, mentor, train and develop the team members.

**Is this someone that looks like you?**:

- Fresher or Min 1 Year of B2B Customer Support/Technical Support/Customer Deliver experience is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Regional language fluency must).

**The Work Hours and Work Locations**:
**Work Hours**: You are expected to work from 9:30 AM to 7 PM IST. Keep in mind that being a startup, you may have to stretch from time to time depending on your workload and deadlines.
