Customer Delight team is the heart of Rebel Foods with an aim to provide a Unique, Memorable Delightful and Sure (UMDS) experience to all the customers throughout their journey.

A team that is always excited to help customers cross extra miles. Acting as real advocates to customers when needed.

We leverage and maximize the true potential of what we have built over the years, since our inception in 2012 and are set to fuel the next biggest revenue channel for Rebel.

  • Just imagine when you are a customer and need help.

    The first thought each individual may get is to call the customer care, because there is someone who is really a specialist and also keen in solving your query.

    As a Senior Team Manager (Team Lead) you would be involved in strategizing and setting the UMDS experience for your team to meet the required metrics.

    Overseeing the day
  • to day operations run smoothly by delegating the tasks aptly. Being a growing organization, we are extremely tech oriented and believe in maximum automation. Hence your role would also involve extensive working on MS Suite.

    With your high leadership and communication skills you would resolve the queries of your team and the customers whenever required.

    You would also partner with the other teams to ensure seamless support to the business unit.

Candidate Requirements:

  • We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical and Collaborative role.
Following is the background we are looking for:
  • ● As a Senior Team Manager (Team Lead) the individual should have a high leadership stint in managing small to medium sized teams
  • An analytical person with an experience of 3 years, who understands the business and can make quick decisions
  • Understands prioritization of work and who ensures a high level of coaching is provided to the team. The Rebel Culture Finally, but most importantly, Rebel is not a usual workplace.
