Customer Delight Executive

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
their concerns/complaints
- Maintain proactive communication with Customers for any potential misses
- Provide satisfactory answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Take complete ownership of Customers' issue resolution while working withcross-functional teams
- Interacting with Customers to understand their vehicle issues and create service Job Cards for the bookings received
- Understanding Customers' queries, requests & complaints and provideamicable solutions
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Education Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
- Minimum prior (relevant) experience: 2-5 Years
- Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Previous experience in international inbound Customer support (voice) would be
preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette and Customer management skills, both verbal and
written
- Good internal personal skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in working on CRM software and MS office preferredREQUIREMENTS

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
