Kayana is looking for two individuals to join our new Mumbai office to help our employees be efficient in their work. Kayana is a global ordering and payments platform that has contracted a company to manage all of its staff in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Your job role will include but not limited to:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing mail: receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch mail.
- Scheduling: schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees and senior staff.
- Maintaining office supplies: order and manage office supplies, including stationery, equipment, and furniture.
- Maintaining records: keep records of office expenses, supplies, and inventory.
- Managing security: manage security and telecommunications systems, and may follow security procedures like issuing visitor badges.
- Administrative tasks: perform administrative tasks like filing, copying, printing, faxing, and transcribing.
- Maintaining office cleanliness: maintain the safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
- Provide beverages to staff and be responsible for ordering.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
- UK shift
- US shift
