Tele Calling Executive

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script to introduce the company's offerings and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening techniques.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team based on established criteria and lead qualification parameters.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken, using CRM software or databases.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any outstanding issues, and provide additional information as needed.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to overall business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, participate in training sessions, and implement best practices to enhance personal performance and achieve departmental goals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
