**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our courses.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their queries.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, including customer information, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Generate leads and set appointments for sales representatives to follow up on.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding the company's offerings.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Update customer database regularly with new information and status updates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and sales efforts.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Customer-focused with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
