Job Title: Tele caller

Department: Sales

Reports to: Team Lead

Job Summary:
A Tele caller is responsible for outbound or inbound calls to potential or existing customers to achieve sales targets or provide customer support. They engage in effective communication to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and promote products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Convey the message about our organization

Present product or service information in a clear and persuasive manner.

Achieve targets within the assigned timeframe.

Inbound Calls:
Handle incoming calls from customers.

Provide accurate and timely information regarding products or services.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.

Data Entry:
Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

Maintain up-to-date customer records.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with client as we deal with school.

Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Teamwork:
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Share knowledge and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive outlook.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
