Ø visitor books available at help desk & take the feedback of customers for comments/feedback.
Ø Ensure wheel chair available for handicap, note down particulars.
Ø PVR movie programs to be available on help desk & guide the customers accordingly.
Ø Deal with customers politely & gently; in case of misbehavior by visitor, inform to Duty Manager /GM immediately.
Ø Must know complete layout of mall; guide the customers accordingly.
Ø Party programs in conclave / Food Court/ TDS must be known &, guide the guests to venue.
Ø Pre-aware (24 hours before) the management in case of leave & inform to relieving help desk staff before leave.
Ø Weekly off and reliefs to be co - ordinated.
Ø Bring to the notice of Duty Manager if anything wrong/unusual is observed at mall.
