**Job overview**:
We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others.

A corporate trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.

This is a great role for someone who is an impact-driven, performance-oriented person.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Tops to determine training needs & priorities and control the training process
- Leverage existing assets & best practices within the group to create comprehensive training & development plans
- Design - Effective training strategy, schedule & programs with identified platforms
- Implement - Select optimum delivery mechanism
- Run - Ensure coordination & alignment of the plans
- Measure & Sustain - Design measurement & KPI process for quality, cost, time, return on investment. Develop long term coaching & refresh strategy to embed training
- Identify stakeholder communities & tailored but aligned approach for employee trainings
- Responsible for deploying soft skills training first under online methodology and where is possible by classroom Also open to online and merged delivery with travel based on programs where applicable.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a trainer (business, corporate)
- Solid knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Fluent English
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter, committed and responsible
