- Researching fabrics, clothing construction, and fashion accessories
- Predicting and spotting fashion trends
- Keeping up to date with current and changing trends in fashion and design and train women accordingly
- Selecting the most appropriate pieces from collections and ranges
- Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes and designer labels
- Help women in designing market survey, product survey and costing
- Awareness of art, design and fashion industry
- Business skills such as marketing, digital marketing, networking and advertising
- Provide market linkage through marketing and digital marketing interventions
- Creative and innovative

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Graduation in Fashion Design or a Diploma in Fashion Design.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong emphasis on teaching or training in fashion design.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
