**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop training materials, presentations, and documentation to support the training process and ensure consistent delivery of information.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding our products and services.
- Actively engage in sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship building.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively present and promote them to potential clients.

Maintain regular communication with executives/ managers to build strong relationships and provide ongoing support.

We are currently seeking a trainer to enhance the skills of our sales executives at Siddhagiri Metals and Tubes. The trainer will be responsible for providing comprehensive product training, focusing on Pipe (seamless/Welded), Tubes (Seamless/Welded), Flanges, Fasteners (Nuts, Bolts, Screws, Washers), Pipe Fittings, Forged Fittings, Tube Fittings, Round Bars, Steel Plates, and wire mesh. Our products are available in various grades such as Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, Hastelloy, Duplex 2205, Super Duplex 2507, 254, SMO, Copper Nickel 90/20, Alloy 20, Nickel, Stainless steel, Titanium, AISI 4130, Brass, etc.

Additionally, the trainer should focus on improving selling skills and communication techniques of our sales executives. This will enable them to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients. We also have a large quantity of SS904L and Duplex 2205, and the trainer will play a crucial role in educating the sales team about these products.

In summary, the ideal trainer will empower our sales executives with product knowledge, selling techniques, and communication skills to further drive our business growth and success.Collaborate with management to identify company training needs. Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures, and systems.

Role and Responsibility
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- A good experience in sales activities
- A past experience in similar position or similar organization
- A fair knowledge about the use of computers
- Excellent customer skills

- Self - motivated individual with the ability to multitask
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good problem solving and people skills
- Result oriented and driven

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
