Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat platforms.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with Booking Appoiments
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
