Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies to target specific customer segments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments and facilitate the sales process.
- Create and manage engaging outbound marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for outbound marketing efforts.
- Utilize customer feedback and data to continuously improve outbound marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of outbound marketing activities and results.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. (MBA in Marketing/Business is a plus)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in outbound marketing, sales or a similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
