**Job Title**: 3D Printing Sales Associate

**Location**: Mumbai, India

**Salary**: Competitive, up to 6 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA)

**Responsibilities**:
**3D Printing Expertise**: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of 3D printing to effectively communicate with potential partners. Articulate the various methods, technologies, advantages, and materials, emphasizing the value of our solutions.

**Client Engagement**: Understand client needs, promptly respond to inquiries, and follow up on proposals (RFPs) and quotes. Your ability to provide clear and comprehensive responses will be key in building trust and lasting relationships.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with our engineering and marketing teams to stay updated on the latest information and developments. Your insights will help tailor our approach to specific client needs.

**Communication and Coordination**: Engage in follow-up calls and messages, gather valuable feedback, and assist with event coordination and technical inquiries. When necessary, arrange technical discussions between clients and our in-house engineers.

**Logistics Management**: Keep clients informed about the status of material shipments, ensuring transparency and reliability in our services.

**Financial Transactions**: Facilitate follow-ups and coordinate with clients regarding payments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

**CRM Management**: Maintain and regularly update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.

**Business Development**: Organize meetings with potential partners as needed, which may involve travel. Your proactive approach will contribute to our business expansion.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of prior experience in sales or business development within the 3D printing industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong goal orientation and a commitment to consistently engage with clients to meet their needs and cultivate lasting partnerships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
