**The role**
We are currently seeking a _Customer Success Manager_ who will be responsible for_ championing our company's customer-centric initiatives, focusing on enhancing customer retention, elevating renewal rates, and identifying lucrative upsell/cross-sell opportunities within their assigned region. Building robust partnerships with Enfocus channel partners will be a fundamental aspect of ensuring success in this pivotal role._
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- _ Follow up with the Enfocus Channel Partners to maintain high renewal rates of contracts and subscriptions among existing customers_
- _ Identify upsell and/or cross-sell opportunities at existing customers_
- _ Team up with the regional Sales Account Manager to organize campaigns and increase the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in your region_
- _ Closely collaborate with other departments like marketing and product management to bring the voice of the customer into the company_
- _ Focus on the customer and identify possibilities to improve the customer experience and satisfaction._
**Your Education and/or Background Experience will include**:
- _Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or marketing_
- _ English speaking and reading_
- _ Understand the importance of good CRM management_
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- _ Experience with the printing (or graphic arts) industry is a plus_
