Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant & Sales Representative for our travel company. As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our office operations, while also actively engaging in sales activities to promote our travel services and products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Office Administration:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Customer Service:

- Provide information about travel products, services, and pricing.
- Assist customers in making reservations, changes to existing bookings, and processing payments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Actively promote and sell travel packages, tours, and other services to prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into bookings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Contribute ideas for marketing promotions, events, and advertising initiatives.
- Help maintain content on our website and social media channels, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role preferred.
- Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to learn and develop sales skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in experience with CRM software preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations is a plus.
- diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or sales will be a plus.
