**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on IT solutions, software, and services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Market Research and Lead Generation**:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts within the IT industry.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, including IT services, software products, and technology solutions, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- **Sales Cycle Management**:
Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale account management.
- **Collaboration with Technical Teams**:
Work closely with technical teams to develop and propose solutions that meet client needs, ensuring alignment between sales efforts and service delivery.
- **Reporting and Forecasting**:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into market trends, client feedback, and potential business risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in IT sales, with a strong understanding of technology products and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive IT environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity in the IT sector.
- Experience using CRM software for managing sales pipelines and tracking customer interactions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and software development.
- Experience selling IT solutions to medium and large enterprises.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
