**Designation**: Inside Sales Internship
**Location**: Remote (WFH)
**Reports to**: Business Development Manager
**Principle Accountabilities**:
- Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Establish relationships with the customers of the company
- Understand customer requirements and pass on insights for product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
**Work Dimensions**:
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Maintain database of current as well as prospective customers
**Work Context**:
- Operate in a fast-moving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
- Ensure full legal and ethical compliance and conduct of business at all times and under all circumstances
- Convert leads received through various marketing channels
- Ensure customer satisfaction with effective communication
- Advise higher Management about the customer needs and requirements
- Strong problem-solving ability and pay strong attention to detail
**Role Requirements**:
- Graduation or equivalent in a related field
- Internship experience in B2C sales and Inside Sales from the EdTech industry is an added advantage
- Must be a team player
- Identify and develop sources to increase sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills timely reporting as required
