Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the front office.
- Allocation of duties and responsibilities to sub - ordinates.
- Recommendation of leave to sub
- ordinates.
- Follow up of patients file Management.
- Overall Supervision of OP/IP reception.
- Implement systems and procedures for the smooth running of front office.
- Ensure customer delight at front office.
- Avoid un-necessary customer wait at front office.
- Customer co
- ordination.
- Reporting the various issues of front office to top management.
- Monitoring the performance of front office staff.
- Ensure proper registration of the patient.
- Ensure the availability of the doctors before patient registration.
- Ensure the correct information to patients / customers.
- Follow up of incoming and outgoing communication.
- Ensure the availability of all important numbers at front office.
- Maintenance of EPBX system.
- Ensure proper entry of information in this system.
- Ensure the maintenance of proper records at front office.
- Ensure the neat dressing of front office staff.
- Training of the front office staff.
- Ensure the relevant information like, patient room, doctors’ availability.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the superiors.
- Should have update Telephone/ Mobile no. of all staff/ Hospital.

**Min : 1 year experience in hospital must**

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
