Front Office Sales Coordinator

Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Identifying new revenue opportunities by cold calling
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development
documentation
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects, market research
- Front office and administrative duties like attending to visitors
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs, reimbursement to employees
- Maintaining and mailing daily reports to Sr. Management on daily basis
- Assist and coordinate with the sales team.
- Help with inventory control.
- Organise staff meetings and updating calendars.
- Process company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Support management.
- Mange the travel desk (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Take up other duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
