**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive for Fundraising

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Make Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate calls to potential donors from a provided list.
- Engage with individuals in a professional and courteous manner.

2. **Promote Campaigns**:

- Clearly and effectively communicate the mission and goals of the fundraising campaign.
- Provide information about the organization and its initiatives.

3. **Persuade and Convert**:

- Persuade potential donors to contribute to the fundraising campaign.
- Handle objections and answer questions to alleviate concerns.

4. **Build Relationships**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing donors.
- Ensure a personalized and donor-centric approach in all interactions.

5. **Data Management**:

- Accurately record donor information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential donors as needed to secure contributions.

6. **Achieve Targets**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share feedback.

7. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay informed about the organization’s programs and projects to effectively communicate with donors.
- Seek feedback and actively work on improving call strategies and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Previous 1 year experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or fundraising is preferred but not mandatory. (Freshers can also apply)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
- Passion for fundraising and commitment to the organization’s mission.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
