**Job Description: Executive Assistant**

**Position: Executive Assistant ( Females Only )**

**Location**: Andheri East

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of handling executive-level responsibilities with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to summarize and comprehend business and company-related documents effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings.

**Strategic Assistance**:

- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, initiatives, and projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

**Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively representing the Managing Director.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between the Managing Director and various departments, teams, clients, and partners.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and other documents on behalf of the Managing Director.

**Documentation and Record-keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed.

**Meeting Management**:

- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, venue booking, catering, and technology setup.
- Take minutes during meetings, summarize key discussions, and follow up on action items.

**Special Projects**:

- Support the Managing Director in ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and assignments as required.
- Undertake research, analysis, and presentations on specific topics or areas of interest.

**Documentation and Information Management**:

- Summarize and comprehend business and company-related documents, including reports, contracts, agreements, and proposals.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Assist in drafting and editing documents, correspondence, and presentations as required.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
