Parrami Finance Private limited is looking for **smart female graduate Office Assistants** to execute routine office tasks, projects and assist the management.

- Manage Daya to day activities of the Company
- Loan Transaction Processing

- Stationery management, Office Supplies Management, Maintenance of Office Infrastructure & Devices
- Data Search, Data Entry, Data Analysis
- Assist in Marketing and Social Media management
- Training new recruits
- Onboarding and ancillary HR support
- Assist in Recruitment
- Coordinate Legal matters
- Tally Accounting Entries
- MIS
- Ticket and Hotel Bookings
- General Assistance
- English language Proficiency
- Good Spoken & Written Communication
- Well mannered
- Multi tasking
- Female Graduates/ Post Graduates/ Semi Qualified Professionals/ Management Graduates
- Computer Proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office and other operating systems
- Experienced in Office assistance and Office Admin
- Experience in Recruitment, HR, marketing, Accounting, Legal, Financial Analysis would be added advantage
- Experience of at least 3 years and above
Work hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Mon to Sat except second and fourth Saturday
Office Location : Andheri West walking distance from station
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
