**EXPECTED END RESULTS**

**MAJOR ACTIVITIES**

1. Market Understanding and analysis of each segment
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
- Bring market analytics, insights and formalise sales targets or forecasts based on market segment and situation analysis
- Capturing of accurate and complete information about Customer for customised solutions and decisions

2. Enterprise Sales plan and pitch
- Emphasizing service or product features and benefits,
- Participating in training or meetings with SME’s to acquire basics of the domain

3. Plan to convert leads generated through marketing efforts
- Developing and building a lead generation plan
- Identifying decision makers amongst the inbound/outbound leads in order to start sales
- Signing up new accounts and drive sales growth in the segment identified

4. Devise strategy to develop marketing and sales
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Developing specific plans to ensure long and short-term business growth
- Conduct sales outreach activities for heads and decision makers of from the potential client segment
- Device various strategies to handle potential client meetings

5. Achieve revenue targets as per plan (Monthly, Quarterly & annual)
- Establish and execute a sales goal for the region or segment.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets, discussing credit terms, quote and prices

6. Manage the end to end sales and support the operations team to synch for execution
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the operations teams
- Work with account management and technology teams to properly handover a customer for implementation and ensuring delivery commitment to clients are met

7. Lead generation through participating and networking in seminars, conferences and social media
- Get potential customer contacts from participating in various industry events as potential sales leads
- Develop contacts with HR fraternity in Corporate and interface with HR leaders
- Generate an active and healthy pipeline and track conversions closely

8. Reports
- Prepare sales proposals for potential customers,
- Collate and consolidate monthly reports on sales performance per region and industry for review

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
