Must have good communication skills, this person will report to MD/ Sales Directo
- Management of Proposals
- Coordinate proposal team members’ tasks and ensure that proposal deadlines are kept.
Ensure that procedures for proposals are followed (review, signatures etc.)
- Ensure a review/approval package of high quality, including proposal and required internal
documents.
- Deliver a structured and result-oriented winning proposal in compliance with the bid
strategy, based on input from proposal team and stakeholders.
- Coordinate legal review, credit rating, cash flow review, and other relevant reviews.
2. Sales Support
- Support the sales team in building the appropriate collateral that enhances the chances
for a successful sales bid.
- Data Management and Analytics of the Sales within the sales department, systematically
that will enable better sales cycles.
- Alignment and implementation of the proposal process.
- Manage internal Systems that is pre-requisite for Sales like CRM, RMS, CV Database etc.

**Qualifications**:
Education (certificates, courses)
1. Minimum graduation in a technical

field.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Experience (professional experience)
1. Minimum 1-year work experience in documentation.
2. Aware of sales processes or dealt with sales professionals.
Personal profile (e.g. interpersonal and communication skills)
1. Dynamic, outgoing, and energetic.
2. Quick learner, efficient and self-motivated.
3. Excellent communication skills - orally and in writing
4. Structured, systematic and give great attention to detail.
5. Passionate team player who strives for the success of colleagues.
6. Able to understand basic concepts with biotech/life sciences.
7. Good at multi-tasking and persuasive.
8. Good at handling conflicts and managing many stakeholders
