Responsibilities:


Experience with lead generator, Cold Calling, Drafting of proposals, client interaction, negotiation, gathering insight for the technical team, negotiating, and concluding deals.

  • Responsible for local bidding as well as direct marketing.
  • Responsible for generating business from online bidding portals.
  • Handling technical queries of the clients and taking decisions based on client communication.
  • Coordinate with the development and design team to improve/ create sales.
  • Engage the client and the account management team to in regular discussions on our product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns if any.
  • Develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals, by researching and writing standard and customized proposals.
  • Effective Key Account/ Portfolio management and client retention.
  • Identify target markets and prospective client
  • Make cold calling to explore new business opportunities and interact with clients on daily basis and identify IT services.
  • Provide customers with quotations
  • Involvement in contract signing and client relationship management and generating leads/ prospects and developing relationships and growing them into clients.
  • To manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at an accurate bid.
