ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. **What role you will play in our team**:

- Brainstorm/implement process improvement.
- Train new administrators
- Escalate the issue to management and related team (if any)
- Stewardship of key KPI to Procurement and/or Business Line Management
- Comply with control requirements of requisition and GR/SES and any other Company controls requirements such as Company's System of Management Controls (SMC), Delegation of Authority guide (DOAG), CIMS guideline, local regulations, and hand book (if any).

**What you will do**:

- Knowledge of PtP Process including ERP system experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative with desire to improve organizational efficiency.
- Sensitive to Process and Control requirements
- Good Leadership skills
- Facilitation skills
- Basic Excel/Analytical skills
- Good Presentation skill
- Good problem solving capability.

**About you**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree - Business admin / Science/commerce /Finance with minimum 70% and above (equivalent CGPA)?
- Minimum 8 years of experience in related PCA
- Provide guidance and direction to PCA team.
- Interface with Procurement and BL Client's management to ensure objectives are aligned.
- Troubleshooting of more complicated requisitions and SES issues
- Depending on site specific process, may require approving requisition based on documentation from clients or approve LVPO workflow.

**Preferred Qualifications/Experience**:

- SAP Requisitioning/SES experience
- Experience in CDMS administration, Payables operations will be an advantage.
- Experience in Customer Service
- Business confident in English
- Experience in leading teams will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of PTP Process including ERP system experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative with desire to improve organizational efficiency.
- Sensitive to Process and Control requirements
- Good Leadership skills
- Facilitation skills
- Basic Excel/Analytical skills
- Good Presentation skill
- Good problem solving capability.
