Stores-the responsibilities include establishing and maintaining systems, processes, and procedures for procurement, storage, and ordering in compliance with the Company’s and DGCA requirements. This involves ensuring aircraft storage facilities meet regulatory standards and are operated by qualified staff, managing material receipt, records, storage, and movement to support aircraft maintenance, and monitoring re-order levels. Regular stock audits must be conducted with discrepancies investigated, and parts tracked until delivery. Additionally, managing import/export, customs, and related regulatory affairs, addressing issues identified in audits, and optimizing inventory costs and delivery are crucial tasks.
Procurement- Responsibilities include adopting best procurement practices to ensure cost-effective contracts, managing and forecasting budgets, developing improved procurement strategies, supervising purchasing activities across departments, managing the supply chain, and creating risk management policies.
Contracts-Discussing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of contracts including commercial bids and finalisation.
