What You'll Do

Manage, review, and negotiate a portfolio of assigned contracts with focus on software to deliver savings and mitigate contractual risk.Assist with professional/consulting services and contingent labor contracts as neededApply strategic sourcing best practices and category insights to negotiating and executing contractsUse standard contracting templates and language to ensure compliance to company standardsBuild and maintain relationships with a range of business requesters/stakeholders across functions and regionsProvide input and execute to the category strategy and plansIdentify and implement new opportunities for cost reduction, cost avoidance and supplier-driven value creationManage assigned supplier relationships and risks Assist in conduct sourcing events (RFXs) to determine optimal suppliers and solutions with business stakeholdersSupport local and regional procurement requests while working closely with category managers and stakeholders globallyContribute to Procurement team projects and improvement initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience

5-7 years of global strategic sourcing experience, including contract management, preferably in software and professional/consulting servicesContract negotiation and lifecycle management experienceManagement of key suppliers and their associated risk throughout their lifecycleBusiness partner management and procurement planningExperience with category management, spend analytics, operational metrics, software asset management tools, and contract playbooks is desirableReady to work in Overlap timing with US time Zone
