**Receptionist/Office Assistant**

Location: ernakulam
salary - 12000 - 15000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle and manage office supplies inventory.
- Provide support for office events and other organizational activities as needed.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 6 months-2 years in a receptionist or office assistant role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
