**Receptionist cum Admin Assistant (Fresher)**

**Location: Vyttila, Kochi**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet B2C and B2B clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Guide customers and provide accurate information about our services and products.
- Attend and manage 50+ calls daily, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate with B2C and B2B clients for appointments and service follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, managing office supplies, and assisting the management team.
- Help prepare reports, documentation, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist in creating video content for social media and marketing efforts when required.
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication between clients and internal teams.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Smart, professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
- Interest in social media and content creation is a plus.

**Office Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM**
