**Cloud kitchen /Restaurant Sales Representative**

**Experience = 3 year + with relevant Hotel, Restaurant & Cloud Kitchen**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Cloud Kitchen Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our online cloud kitchen platform. Your primary focus will be on attracting new customers, expanding our customer base, and maximizing sales opportunities through various online channels and various corporate industries. This position requires excellent sales skills, digital marketing expertise, and a passion for the food industry.

1. Develop and execute effective online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cloud kitchen platform.

4. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling online content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials, to attract and engage potential customers.

6. Conduct online product demonstrations and virtual tours of the cloud kitchen platform to showcase its features and benefits to potential clients.

7. Analyze sales data, online marketing metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities in the online food delivery space.

9. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer support.

10. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team on a regular basis.

11. Participate in online industry events, webinars, and virtual trade shows to network, generate leads, and promote our online cloud kitchen services.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to optimize the online customer experience and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an online sales representative or a similar role in the food industry or online marketplace platforms.

2. Strong understanding of online sales techniques, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers remotely.

4. Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Proficiency in using online sales tools, CRM software, and online collaboration platforms.

6. Familiarity with online food delivery platforms and cloud kitchen concepts is a plus.

7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving online sales environment.

8. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary and Incentives: The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, incentives and commission structures may be offered based on individual and team performance.
