Solix is a Leading Cloud product development company is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our successful, passionate and expanding team. This individual should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. He/She should be comfortable influencing customers, backed by a strong understanding of the customers’ business objectives and the capabilities of the Solix solution and should strive to make the Customers' technology investments successful in achieving the intended objectives.
- Responsibilities:_
- **Sales and Sales Process Management**:

- Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Analyzing the requirements of clients, their prerequisites and objectives
- Submission of business proposal & closure of the deal
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers.
- When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
- Attending Enquiry calls
- Generating leads from daily enquiries and telephonic follow-up calls
- Calling the clients and asking for their requirements.
- Co-ordinating the execution of the training feedback and related activities.
- Qualifications:_
- BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable)
- 10+ years in IT Saas /Cloud Solution sales.
- 5+ yrs in Sales Management.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- **Decent Cloud Solutions orientation**:

- Good presentation, interpersonal and selling skills
- Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.
- Must be target driven. Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment
- Ability of handle workload and work pressure
- Willingness to travel
