Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Practice Lead/Manager to lead our Salesforce practice and drive the strategic direction of our Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and a strong background in leading and managing teams. As the Salesforce Practice Lead/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce offerings, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of Salesforce projects.

Expectations :

- An expert Salesforce developer with strong expertise in end-to-end product/process implementation.

- Ownership of projects starting from inception to completion.

- Individual contributor

Responsibilities :

- Practice Leadership: Lead and grow our Salesforce practice by defining the strategic vision, identifying market opportunities, and developing service offerings that align with client needs.

- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guSalesforce Practice Manageridance on how Salesforce can drive value for their organizations.

- Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

- Best Practices: Define and maintain Salesforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for project delivery, solution design, and implementation.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.

- Stay Current: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to provide thought leadership and ensure our practice remains at the forefront of innovation.

Technical Skills :

- Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various Salesforce products and services, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud and Salesforce Platform (including Lightning Platform)

- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect is highly desirable.

- Integration: Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and data migration strategies.

- Solution Design: Proven experience in designing scalable, customizable, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Client Management: Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand and address client needs, manage expectations, and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications :

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations and 2+ years in a leadership or management role.

- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (CAA) certification is highly preferred.

- Leadership: Proven leadership experience in a Salesforce practice, with the ability to set strategic direction, drive growth, and mentor teams.

- Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business processes, CRM strategies, and how Salesforce can drive business Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
