Job Description :


Aapico Steps is seeking a passionate and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients leverage the power of Salesforce to optimize their sales operations, enhance customer relationships, and achieve significant business growth.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs, sales processes, and CRM challenges.

- Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce configurations.

- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including workflows, automations, dashboards, reports, and integrations with other systems.

- Configure Salesforce functionalities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud - depending on specialization) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs to ensure successful adoption of the new Salesforce platform.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in successfully implementing and configuring Salesforce solutions for various client needs.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities relevant to the specialization (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.)

- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process optimization.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools (may be required: like Apex, Visualforce etc.)
