**Inbound Marketer/ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive conversion optimization strategy that will drive meaningful growth of pipeline (10x)
- Take ownership of the entire traffic funnel, and develop and implement strategies to drive traffic in the right direction
- Should have understanding of SEO and worked on wordpress
- Leverage the customer’s buyer’s journey to architect innovative multi-channel engagement programs/tactics that will lead customer prospects from Trial or inquiry > MQL > SAL > closed won
- Drive experimentation with website messages and communications to improve demand creation & conversion
- Track and optimise performance at each stage in the funnel and create a predictable demand generation engine
- Work with different marketing functions and help maintain CAC in line with RoI goals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and metrics

**The ideal person we're looking for**:

- has 3-5 years of experience working with a SaaS company in managing marketing operation
- experience using google analytics, google tag manager and other analytical tools
- well-versed in building growth engine via different channels
- is comfortable with data-driven decision making

But the most important quality of this person will be passion for learning new trends in the digital landscape, with ability to work independently with mínimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of the team.
