Service Coordinator

**INDUSTRY PREFERRED : MOBILE AND CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DURABLE**
**PRIOR Experience in Electronic industry/ AMC / Extended Warranty**
*Prior Experience in Handling Service Desk/ Helpdesk teams.
*Attend customer complaints promptly
*Log complaints with service Centre
*Coordinate with service Centre for resolution
*Verify spare parts issues
*Ensure clear invoicing
*Facilitate payments to service Centre
*Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
*Handle Escalations from the team and other departments for a smooth operation.
*Must be proficient in MS Office (2019 and Office 365 Client, Teams, SharePoint)
*Go-getter in terms of technical projects, High level of positive attitude and dedication.
*Good negotiation skill.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
*Good time management skills, professional approach to problem solving.
- Maintain up-to-date records of the company.
*knowledge of Excel
