Documentation Assistant

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Organizing an archiving system.
- Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use.
- Retrieving documents upon request.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
- Assisting with both internal and external audits.
- Ensuring documentation integrity.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Removing documents that are obsolete.
- Performing transcription and conversion work.
**Documentation Specialist Requirements**:
- Graduate from any stream.
- Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
**Skills Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort with using computers and inputting data quickly and accurately
**Education and other qualification.**
- **At least graduate.**
- **Working experience of 2 Year in finance industry.**
- **Reading and writing skills in English and Hind/ Marathi/ Gujarati.**
- **Knowledge of computer word, XLS**
- **Drafting for list require for case-to-case basis.**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,090.85 per month
