Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:
The **Service Coordinator** at Visco Technologies will play a key role in coordinating, scheduling, and managing service activities for our clients. You will be the primary point of contact between the service team and our customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of service requests while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule and manage field service visits, installations, and repairs, ensuring that service tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- **Customer Support**: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries. Address customer concerns, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
- **Work Order Management**: Create, track, and close service orders, ensuring all necessary information is documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the service technicians, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and effective problem-solving.
- **Resource Allocation**: Ensure proper allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, for service tasks. Maintain an organized system for scheduling and assigning duties.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician activities, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports to management on service performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure required parts and tools are available for service jobs. Monitor and manage stock levels for service equipment.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement in the service coordination process and suggest improvements to optimize service delivery.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all service activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in a service coordinator, customer service, or project management role.
- Experience in the technology, engineering, or related industries is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in service management software, CRM systems, or other project management tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
