**What will you be doing?**
- Logistic support to customers on shipment schedules, status, documentation requirement custom forms in co-ordination with Malaysian HQ and customers
- Rubber compound co-ordination /assist in sample collection from customers and to be dispatched to KCSB
- Re export of empty materials to KCSB in co-ordination with Re-export agents and update status on periodic basis
- BIS documentation and follow up
- Assist in sending reports to SEA HQ
- Follow up on PO /Schedules with customer
- Other job requirements from time to time
**Key Qualifications & Eligibility criteria**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Coordination & Assisting in logistic.
- Should be Graduate.
- Knows basic MS office (basic calculation formulas, data filtering, etc.).
- Proficient in spoken & written English communication.
- Should have knowledge on shipping logistic.
