Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in the Communications industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our products and services. The Customer Service Officer will also be required to maintain customer records, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Process orders and maintain customer records
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Officer or similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus


Requirements
Main Responsibilities: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Call out to customers to collect their orders. Pack food for take away, ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged. Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
