**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Target Achievement**:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals in the assigned area.

Identify and tap into potential markets for water and beverage sales.

**2. Customer Relationship Management**:
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

**3. Market Research**:
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Provide feedback for product and service improvement.

**4. Promotion and Branding**:
Organize promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

Ensure product displays and branding align with company standards.

**5. Reporting**:
Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales (experience in FMCG or beverage industry is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to travel within the assigned area.
