Aguaclan Waterpurifiers Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our after-sales service operations, providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Support:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding service-related issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to enhance overall satisfaction.

2. Service Scheduling:

- Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
- Coordinate service visits, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime for customers.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and resolutions.
- Generate regular reports on service activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

4. Communication:

- Facilitate clear communication between customers and service technicians.
- Update customers on the status of service requests and expected resolution times.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Monitor and assess the quality of service provided, implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service processes and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or service coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with water purification systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient in using service management software.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
